Unity RCMP Report, Oct 26

UNITY

  • RCMP received a report of theft of fuel from a local gas station.  This matter is still under investigation.

  • Police received a Mental Health Act complaint.  Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

  • A 32-year-old Unity male was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operation While Prohibited during a traffic stop.

  • Members are investigating a fraud complaint.

  • RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter into a residence in a rural area near Senlac.  This matter is still under investigation.

  • Members assisted an individual who was accidentally locked out of a residence.

  • Police received a complaint of an individual throwing eggs at a vehicle but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

  • RCMP received a report of trespassing at a farm in a rural area near Unity.  This matter is still under investigation.

  • Police received a complaint of a suspicious individual in Unity.  Members spoke to the subject of complaint.  No police action required.

  • Members received a report of dogs running loose in Scott.  This matter is still under investigation.

  • RCMP received a report of a missing person.  The individual was located.

  • Police received a report of an abandoned vehicle north of Senlac. The vehicle had been stolen from the Luseland area.  This matter is still under investigation.

  • There were also two traffic complaints.

WILKIE

  • RCMP received a report of an individual driving while impaired.  Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

  • There was also one false alarm.

MACKLIN

  • RCMP received a report of a missing person.  The individual was located.

  • A 62-year-old male was charged with Operation While Prohibited and Failure to Stop After an Accident after Members received a complaint of a hit and run causing damage to a vehicle.

  • Police received a report of a single vehicle rollover near Primate.  There were no injuries and no charges were laid.  Reported for insurance purposes.

  • There were also two false alarms.
